Let’s assume that you are going to pay $65K + package + super for a semi-decent marketing employee to manage your marketing campaigns and develop sales.

Car                        $6000 (allowing an average of $500 per month)

Fuel allowance      $3000 (allowing $60 a week over 48 weeks)

Phone                    $1550 (allowing $129 per month)

Super at 9%          $5850

Computer              $2000 (for computer plus maintenance and software)

Total Cost            $83,400

Then let’s assume that they get sick, or have a child, or get lazy and productivity is reduced. The rate that you pay to get one hour’s worth of work sky rockets with every little drama in their lives. Hourly rate stands at $43.43 and one of those hours is Lunch.

An average day in the life of an employee
  • 8.30 start – Get to work at 8.30, pop to the toilet, make a cup of tea, chat with colleagues.
  • 9.00 – Start work – clock starts
  • 11.00 – Get up make cup of tea (2 hours so far)
  • 11.15 – Clock starts
  • 1.00 - Lunch (3.45 so far)
  • 2.00 – clock starts
  • 4.30 – start to wind down for day, chat to colleagues about evening plans, wash up cup, and go to the toilet. (6.15 hours of work done in one day)
  • 5.00 on the dot –pick up bag and leave
So you pay for 8 hours and get 6.15 hours worth of work completed – your hourly rate has just increased to $56.50

Look at the standard of work you are getting for your $83,400 per year – is it worth it and can they do everything you need them to – are you still having to hire a graphic designer as well?

  • Your dedicated Account Manager starts work on your project in conjunction with our team.
  • If we stop – the clock stops
  • 10 hours after we start we stop and bill for 10 hours only.

Our rates

We have a team of Marketers, Lead Generators and Graphic designers on hand to work on your project – does your marketing person have all of these skills?

We are offering our retainer to replace the employee for 10/20/30 hours of work a week at these rates:

10 hours = $4400+GST per month ($52,800 per annum)

20 hours = $7200+GST per month ($86,400 per annum)

30 hours = $9600+GST per month ($115,200 per annum)

We ask that you commit to a 3 month term initially and after that if you want to stop the project we ask for 14 days written notification.
