CALL FOR COPY FROM EXPERTS IN MARKETING

 

We are in the process of creating a large ONLINE Marketing Resource which is targeted at Small and Medium Sized Australian Businesses. See attached info sheet.

What is My Marketing Resource?   

The purpose of this info resource is not to only inform and educate about principles, but to make business owners what is available as marketing options and give them direct instructions on how to implement these methods to their businesses.

We are looking for a group of highly experienced marketing individuals who would like to contribute to the content on the website (and subsequent book - planned for later in 2011).

We could write the copy ourselves and some of it will be our copy, but as a resource, the name itself suggest that it is a collection of useful information, not just one company's spin on all things marketing.

What we need are a constant stream of articles / papers on the topics listed on the following page.We require one article a month from each expert so we havefresh content.

We also require each expert to promote the website to their database, we will provide collaterol as required for this. 

The copy must

  • Target SME's in Australia
  • Be clearly written without the use of too much Jargon
  • Be summarised with bullet points at the end
  • Be provided with a detailed bibliography if you have quoted another author/resource

You will need to provide us with your complete details so we can accredit the copy to you and therefore provide you with leads.

You will also need to provide us with a signed form that states that you have willingly provided us with the copy for use on our website and in any other manner for the benefit of My Marketing Resource and Garnish Marketing Pty Ltd.

We are not offering any fees for these articles, but there are excellent benefits for getting involved.

  • Their name and Company accredited on the website and anywhere we use the copy you have provided
  • Free Module ad on the relevant section of the website
  • Own Page on site in Expert area with full links to your site
  • Module ads on expert page upload 4 PDF documents
  • Video post on your Expert page
  • Your events added to the events Calendar
  • Every article you send to us posted to your page in your own archive section (publicly available).

   

Print media

  • Your marketing material made available at every workshop or seminar we run

 

Workshop

  • Speaker spot at workshop which will be videoed and will be posted on your expert's page as well as in our online workshop.

 

Email Marketing

  • Write up and Profile on your company once a year

 

Notes:

Website - we will be doing an extensive SEM and SEO campaign to get the website as many hits as possible.

Workshops - we run a maximum of 12 per year - 25 clients per Workshop (300 leads)

Notes for copy

  • Min word count 1000 words - Max 10,000 words
  • Please provide any diagrams or images to be inserted within the document body but also as separate high res PDFS.
  • Summarise at the end of each chapter with bullet points
  • Create short paragraphs for use in social media circuit
  • Add in a section for each topic of how to actually implement this into a business.
  • Add copy from expert area at end of each chapter with links.
  • Note where sources come from - list books used as a bibliography.

 

Deadline: The website goes live on August 1st 2010, so we need final copy by July 1st at the very latest.

 

What we need from you

Initially an email stating that you are interested, what you want topic to write about and that you can meet our deadline.
